1. Acceptance of Terms

By using visibility-agent.com, submitting a website for review, requesting a consultation, accessing a Visibility Agent dashboard, or using Visibility Agent services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

Visibility Agent provides website visibility analysis, SEO/GEO/AEO review, LLM readability checks, AI search readiness checks, AI agent readiness checks, public-safe scorecards, analytics, recommendations, approval workflows, backups, rollback support, and related implementation services.

3. Public Website Scans

By submitting a website URL for review, you authorize Visibility Agent to scan publicly available pages, metadata, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, schema, and other public-facing website signals for analysis. Submitting a URL does not authorize Visibility Agent to access private systems, modify a website, bypass restrictions, or claim ownership of that website.

4. Human Approval

Visibility Agent is designed to support human-approved improvements. Recommended changes should be reviewed before implementation, especially where changes may affect website content, technical configuration, SEO, accessibility, legal copy, privacy notices, analytics, forms, business claims, or brand messaging.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate website access, confirming they have authority to request work, reviewing recommendations, approving or rejecting proposed changes, maintaining appropriate backups, and ensuring that website content complies with applicable laws, industry rules, privacy obligations, accessibility obligations, and business requirements.

6. Access, Accounts, and Client Admins

If dashboards, analytics, reports, or review tools are provided, users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, limiting access to authorized users, and notifying us if access should be revoked. Client admins are responsible for ensuring that only appropriate individuals can view their assigned website data.

7. Analytics Dashboards

Visibility Agent may provide analytics dashboards that show visitor trends, countries, device types, referral sources, pages visited, and related website usage data. Analytics dashboards are for authorized use only and must not be shared publicly unless agreed in writing.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Visibility Agent can help improve website clarity, structure, technical readiness, and AI visibility signals. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citations, AI mentions, traffic increases, leads, revenue outcomes, conversions, or platform placement.

9. AI-Assisted Outputs

Visibility Agent may use AI-assisted tools to generate recommendations, summaries, analysis, proposed edits, topic packages, or reports. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular context. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before relying on or implementing them.

10. Website Access and Security

If implementation requires access to hosting, servers, code repositories, content management systems, analytics platforms, or website files, access should be limited, appropriate, and revocable. We may decline unsafe, excessive, inappropriate, or unclear access arrangements.

11. Backups and Rollback

Visibility Agent may create backups and support rollback for approved changes where technically feasible. However, clients should maintain their own independent backups and understand that rollback may not be possible in every technical situation, especially where third-party platforms, manual edits, hosting limitations, or external integrations are involved.

12. Payments

Pricing, billing frequency, payment method, and payment terms are confirmed during consultation or onboarding. Payment links may be sent after consultation. Fees are not automatically charged through this website unless explicitly stated.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund, cancellation, and service pause terms may depend on the specific service arrangement, scope, billing period, and work already performed. Any custom payment terms should be confirmed in writing.

14. Intellectual Property

Visibility Agent, its branding, workflows, software logic, reports, templates, dashboards, documentation, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. Client website content remains the property of the client or its rightful owner.

15. Confidentiality

Where clients provide non-public information, access details, business context, or implementation details, both parties should treat that information responsibly. Confidential information should not be shared publicly unless required by law or agreed in writing.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, scrape private dashboards, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with service security, upload malicious content, or use Visibility Agent for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes.

17. Third-Party Services

Visibility Agent may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, email systems, scheduling tools, payment providers, analytics services, AI providers, search engines, and website platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or actions of third-party services.

18. Suspension or Refusal of Service

We may suspend, limit, or refuse service where there is suspected abuse, unsafe access, non-payment, legal risk, misleading use, unauthorized website access, or behavior that could harm the service, a client, or a third party.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visibility Agent and Dookun Creative Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business interruption damages arising from use of the website or services.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate.

21. Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Dookun Creative Digital’s business location, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply to users or clients under local law.
